These pages form part of these terms and conditions and contain important information about your order.By submitting an order to us through our website, you represent and warrant that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. If the Billing Details for your order are the same as your Delivery Address details, by placing an order on the website you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Delivery Address details. Otherwise, by placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.

Acceptance of your Order
Shortly after you have placed an order with us an email will be sent to you acknowledging the exact details of your order. This email is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from OutdoorLifestyle.Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and OutdoorLifestyle will take place when your order is despatched, unless you have cancelled the order in accordance with the Order Cancellation instructions set out below. Where you specify Offline Credit Card as the method of payment, we do not take payment for your goods until the order is ready for despatch.Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:• The product you ordered being out of stock• Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment• The identification of a pricing or product description error• Failure to meet the eligibility to order criteria set out in the Terms and Conditions.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us by:• calling 09 428 4100 during office hours.• returning your acknowledgement email to us stating your intention to cancel the order
It may not always be possible to stop an order from being despatched, as we endeavour to process orders immediately. If your order has already been despatched please return the order in accordance with our Returns Policy.

We accept payment by MasterCard, Visa & PayPal. All debit and credit cards are processed for you by PayPal. The total amount you pay is unaffected, regardless of the payment method used.
Pricing Policy
All prices shown on the website are in New Zealand Dollars. GST is included, where applicable prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.
Product Availability / Information
If an item that you order is out of stock, subject to a delay, or the price is higher than that shown on your order acknowledgement email, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order. All items are subject to availability. If, due to unforeseen circumstances, it is necessary to substitute an item, the item will be of equal or greater value than that which it replaces. Substitutions will only be made with your prior consent.
Delivery Information
As a rule we process and despatch orders every weekday. Allowing, for unexpected events, weather, breakdowns etc, it would be highly unusual for you not to have received your goods within 5 days of ordering.
Large / Bulky Goods / Special Order
Large and bulky goods are subject to additional carriage charges and delivery times may vary. Individual rates and delivery times will be included in the product information for each individual item.
Returns Policy
We hope that you will be totally satisfied with any purchase made with OutdoorLifestyle. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange or refund your goods within 10 days of receipt. The goods must be returned to us in the same condition as supplied to you.
Returns Instructions
Please note that the return costs are not pre-paid. Postage or other return costs will be the customers responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you. Please help us by making it clear where the goods have come from by clearly stating your name plus your original order reference on the address label.
